Studio 59 Policies

General Information: We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late please notify us so that we can make any necessary scheduling adjustments.
Guarantee & Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know within one week of purchase. Simply bring in your receipt and we will issue a credit toward future services, products or a gift certificate purchase. We cannot give cash refunds for returned merchandise, gift certificates or services.
Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated but are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.
Standard Policy: A credit card number is required to reserve treatments for groups of 3 or more.
Cancellation Policy: We reserve time especially for you. If the need should arise to cancel or reschedule we request a 24 hour notice, if possible.
