In order to reserve time for your appointment, we require a credit card number to save on file. This guarantees that the service providers have exclusively reserved that time specifically for you. If you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment, we require at least a 24-hour notice to ensure that we have an opportunity to take care of another guest during that time. We very much value our guests’ time and we hope you value ours. Short notice cancellations are subject to be charged 100% of the cost of the services that were scheduled.
